–Staging walk-thru  with Seller $125.00.  This includes a room by room assesment report, curb side appeal evaluation, correcting wrong wall color issues, furniture placement and free style Staging with client when needed.  I offer discounts to Realtors for volume-$75.00 per walk-thru.
